You must be at least 18 years old and a licensed or unlicensed real estate or mortgage professional to use this platform. By registering, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and current.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at CustomerSupport@REIVaultPro.com.

REI Vault Pro offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at signup. All fees are in US dollars and are non-refundable except as described in our 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers.

We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of new pricing.

Failed payments may result in temporary suspension of access. We will notify you and attempt to retry within 3 business days before suspension.

You agree not to use the platform to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or industry codes (including fair housing, RESPA, TILA, TCPA)
• Publish misleading, fraudulent, discriminatory, or deceptive content
• Spam, harass, or harm other users or third parties
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract proprietary technology
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits
• Share login credentials with unauthorized users
• Use AI-generated content in ways that violate social media platform terms

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these provisions without refund.

REI Vault Pro uses AI to generate marketing content. You acknowledge that:

• You are solely responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publishing
• AI content may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate — always verify before posting
• Mortgage rate data is sourced from the Federal Reserve (FRED) and may not reflect current market rates
• REI Vault Pro is not a licensed mortgage lender, financial advisor, or real estate broker

Content you generate using the platform remains your intellectual property. By using our platform, you grant us a limited license to process and display your content for service delivery purposes.

When you connect third-party social media accounts, you authorize REI Vault Pro to publish content on your behalf using official OAuth APIs. You remain solely responsible for ensuring posted content complies with each platform's terms, community standards, and applicable advertising regulations (including real estate fair housing laws).

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using REI Vault Pro, you consent to our data collection and use practices as described therein.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, REI Vault Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from:

• Your use or inability to use the platform
• Platform downtime or service interruptions
• AI-generated content errors or omissions
• Third-party platform actions (social media suspensions, algorithm changes)
• Unauthorized access to your account

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI content will be error-free, that the platform will be uninterrupted, or that any particular business outcome will result from use of the platform. Nothing on REI Vault Pro constitutes legal, financial, or real estate licensing advice.

You may terminate your account at any time by canceling in Settings → Billing. We may suspend or terminate your access for Terms violations with or without notice. Upon termination, your data will be retained per our Privacy Policy retention schedule.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Miami-Dade County, Florida, under JAMS rules.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
